Complaining letter concerning bathroom furniture
I would like to complain about your staff. Yesterday I went to your shop in order to buy bathroom furniture. Unfortunately, the salesman, who was working at that time, was really very unpleasant. It is obvious that when people come to the shop to buy furniture they will ask a lot of questions. It is not a chocolate which you can buy and throw away if you do not like it. What is more, there are different types of building and every kind of furniture does not match to each place. For example, vast furniture would not be suitable for a small flat and so on. Anyway, getting back to the point, this young rude man told us that we might take catalogues to home, first read them and then came back to the shop. Excuse me, but I am your costumer and I am going to spend a lot of money for buying new
bathroom furniture so I have right to came and see the product not just in the catalogue but also on the exhibition. Anyway, I want to complain about this young man he was really rude, insolent and he really did not look like a hard working employee. I understand that it was Sunday and he might be tired but his behavior was really very unprofessional. I would like you to draw some consequences towards this young man and also I would like to come once again to your shop in order to buy bathroom furniture. I hope so that this time this young man will behave appropriate and maybe prepare some materials and offers of products for me and my husband.
